With over three decades of experience in fitness and nutrition, Terry is a seasoned coach who guides clients from beginners to advanced levels. As an international-level Master Powerlifter and a black belt in Shotokan Karate, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge to help you tone, strengthen, and fast-track your fitness goals. His holistic approach covers habits, nutrition, and mindset, tailoring programs to each client’s unique lifestyle and needs. Embark on your transformation journey with expert guidance.

Karen is an accomplished strength coach and international Master Powerlifter, known for setting multiple international records. With a strong focus on clients over 40, Karen tailors her programs to meet the unique needs of mature fitness enthusiasts.
